Late Registration

• February 15th, 2025
  If you missed the pre-registration deadline, on-site registration to attend the conference will be available. Please note that this may involve longer wait times and higher fees compared to pre-registration 2.

Step 3: Early-Registration Deadline

• February 5th, 2025
  To ensure smoother logistics and avoid higher fees, attendees are encouraged to pre-register at least two weeks before the event. Pre-registration guarantees your spot and allows you to focus on making the most of the conference
