We offer flexible pricing tiers to accommodate all participants, including early bird discounts for those who register in advance. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Q: When is the registration deadline?
A: The early bird registration deadline is February 15, 2025. After this date, full pricing will apply. On-site registration will also be available on February 28, 2025, but it may involve longer wait times and higher fees.
Q: Can I register as part of a group?
A: Yes! Group discounts are available for teams of 5 or more participants. Simply select the «Group Registration» option during the registration process.
Q: How do I prove my student status?
A: During the registration process, you will be prompted to upload a copy of your valid student ID or proof of enrollment. This document will be verified before your registration is confirmed.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
A: Cancellations must be communicated to the Secretariat as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, which will be shared upon registration.
Q: Can I pay in installments?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer installment payment options at this time. Full payment is required to complete your registration.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation email after registering?
A: Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details, including payment confirmation and further instructions for preparing for the conference.
