Schedule for the conference

Planning and participating in a conference requires careful attention to deadlines and timelines. Below is the detailed schedule for CICP 2025 , outlining each step from initial preparation to the conference itself. This timeline ensures that all participants—authors, reviewers, and attendees—are well-prepared and informed throughout the process.

Step 1: Conference Dates

  • April 9–10th, 2025
These are the official dates when CCPolítica will take place. Join us in Bogotá for three days of engaging discussions, expert panels, and networking opportunities.

Step 2: Late Registration

  • February 15th, 2025
If you missed the pre-registration deadline, on-site registration to attend the conference will be available. Please note that this may involve longer wait times and higher fees compared to pre-registration.

Step 3: Early-Registration Deadline

  • February 5th, 2025
To ensure smoother logistics and avoid higher fees, attendees are encouraged to pre-register at least two weeks before the event. Pre-registration guarantees your spot and allows you to focus on making the most of the conference.

Step 4: Final Paper Submission Deadline

  • January 20, 2025
Authors whose papers have been accepted can submit their final papers by this date. This deadline allows time for review, formatting adjustments, and inclusion in the conference materials.

Step 5: Notification of Acceptance

  • January 5th, 2025.
Authors will be notified about the acceptance of their submissions approximately 4–6 weeks after the paper submission deadline. This notification includes feedback and instructions for preparing the final paper.

Step 6: Paper Proposal Submission Deadline

  • December 13, 2024
Authors are required to submit their full papers by this date. Papers should align with the conference theme and adhere to the specified formatting guidelines. This deadline ensures sufficient time for peer review and quality assurance.

Step 8: Initial Preparation Start Date

  • October 1, 2024.
Authors should begin preparing their submissions. This includes researching the conference theme, drafting the abstract, and gathering data or references. Starting early ensures compliance with submission requirements and improves the quality of your work.
